Monrovia Residence

Monrovia Residence is a ground-up two-story 2200 square foot single family home with three bedrooms, an office, three bathrooms plus a powder room, and attached two-car garage. This is an investment property for the client and posed a challenge as the second of two on a lot. This project had to first be approved by a rigorous Design Review Board that dictated a Craftsman-inspired look while also matching the existing one-story home that already occupied a portion of the lot. This project simultaneously meets the Design Review Board’s numerous requirements and maximizes the square footage with creative orientation on the lot.
