Eagle Rock Remodel

This project updated an existing home originally built in the 1930s for a modern and active family of four. It created an open floor plan where the previously closed-off kitchen now opens into the dining and living areas. The kids’ bedroom and bathroom were also reconfigured and updated to suit the family’s specific needs and aesthetics. On a tight timeline and budget, this project required a lot of back-and-forth client communication and construction management.
